  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping on orders over $50 via EMS: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Currently, we ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Return Policy Overview

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging required
  • Proof of purchase necessary

Important: For hygiene reasons, insoles & accessories marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Return or Exchange

Refund Process
