I wish Hunter made half sizes. I’m a 7.5 and the 8 was too big so I went with size 7. They are just a little snug but still comfortable and better than the size up in my opinion, although I do not wear them with thick socks. These feel really good on my feet and they are perfect for gardening. No more wet muddy feet! I love how they slip on and off so easily — much easier than dealing with boots.

I love these garden clogs. My only complaint is that they don’t come in half sizes. I typically wear a 9.5. I knew a 10 would be too big, so I ordered a 9 as some suggested. It fits but is just a bit shorter than I would like. However, I searched for a full six months for a replacement for my 25-year-old Ranger garden clogs, and nothing fit until I tried these Hunter clogs. My arch was just too high for the others, and my foot kept coming out of them. Now if these just last 25 years, I’m literally set for life!

The fit is true to size. However, I had two issues with these Hunter Garden Clogs: there is not a removable foot bed. Garden shoes can get really dirty and with these there is no way to adequately clean the lining. The enclosed instructions state to wipe with a cloth. That would just not be sufficient. I could add a foot liner, but that would mean ordering a size larger which would most likely cause my heel to slip up out of the clog. Secondly, the clog is very heavy, uncomfortably so. These clogs are well made, but sadly they are being returned.

I’ve been searching for the perfect garden clog for quite some time. (My old clogs wore out after 25 years or so.) I finally found it with these Hunter clogs. They fit well and are very comfortable. I’ve worn them all winter to take my dog out and look forward to gardening in them this spring and summer.

I need new gardening clogs and am having trouble finding some that fit, are slip on, and are waterproof. These seemed perfect but after trying 3 sizes, I have given up. Even at shorter lengths, they are just too wide. I now am in the process of trying sizes in a Dasko waterproof clog instead, which I think may work. FYI – I found that item by searching just for clogs, not gardening clogs or shoes.

These are my third pair of Hunter clogs. I’ve always had the green color. This time I went with the black. They are very comfortable. I use them for walking the dog. They only last about a year, but I wear them daily to walk the dog and garden. My only issue is that you have to be careful because if you are stepping on uneven terrain, the rubber heel easily rolls and you can hurt your ankle. It’s happened several times, but for the most part, these have been very comfortable shoes and I receive lots of comments. People are always surprised that Hunter makes clogs. They are also water proof.

I’ve had these for a year and wear them spring, summer, and fall. I normally wear a wide width, so I was hesitant about ordering them in medium. However, they fit fine with bare feet or no show liner socks. I can’t wear a normal sock with them as they’re not quite wide enough. They’re comfortable and my only suggested improvement would be to have a removable liner. They do take awhile to dry.

I wanted to love this clog but it just wasn’t right for my foot. It doesn’t mean it might not be right for your foot. I love the neoprene interior and I knew it would soon conform to the shape of the wearer but the toe box was a bit tight, my toes needed more room. So bummed!

It is hard to comment on width. I guess the body of the shoe was true to size but the heel was way too wide. My foot slipped up and down. That is a frequent problem for me as my heels are narrow. So, I ended up buying the Birkenstock, which has NO heel. That works better for me as the foot sits down a bit and there’s no heel product to rub my heel and make a blister.
